Our High Desert Bloom was tested & sampled & perfected by my dear dad who LOVES his DARK roast coffee! It is a dark but smooth & rich coffee with tasting notes of dark chocolate & citrus undertones. Also a dear friend of ours loved it & helped fine-tune it for her coffee & bookstore. Now in loving memory of her we love to roast this blend for others to enjoy.
